Skillful app just quirky lately (UPDATED)

I've been using this app for years and prefer it over competitor'south offerings. I like that notifications tin can exist configured and received for every transaction. However within the past calendar week or so, these notifications have been arriving very late — like many hours later the transaction has occurred. East.g. if my wife makes a purchase in the morning on her card I won't see the transaction notification until the afternoon and I have to ask her if that was a legitimate transaction or not. It'south non very helpful, please look into why these delays are occurring.

EDIT: reduced from five stars to two stars because the delays in the buy notifications accept gotten absurd. I have iOS and SMS notifications enabled for purchases and both take been arriving OVER TWLEVE HOURS AFTER the actual purchase time. This is plainly ridiculous. Please gear up!

EDIT2 (14Jan2020): OK back to five stars for now! The notifications upshot seems to take been resolved as the "Instant Purchase Notifications" are back to being "instant". Overall I take no qualms near this app as it'due south like shooting fish in a barrel to use for the few basic things I need information technology to do, with the notifications thing beingness at the top of the list. Not applied for deposit account holders

From what I hear this app and Capital letter Ane as a whole is AMAZING for credit card holders simply for those that own eolith accounts this app actually isn't that useful! I've been banking with Capital I for years and I can honestly say I miss a lot of the features the Capital letter One Wallet app used to provide. I'd love the developers of this app to take their deposit business relationship holders into consideration and add features like alerts when a deposit is made to my account as well equally alerts when a transaction is made over a certain dollar corporeality. To be clear, when I say alerts I hateful actual notifications to my device sent from the app that appear on my home screen. I don't want to take to receive alerts via text that is so outdated plus I have enough text threads as it is between work and family. I'm starting time to feel similar Capital 1 isn't interested in investing in their deposit account holders now or fifty-fifty in the futurity. I believe this company is more focused and geared towards their credit and lending services. To exist fair Hunt not only provides these bones notification services to customers but they besides take added the power to view what yous spend money on weekly to their app. I exercise not want to shut my accounts and go over to another bank because I truly enjoy banking with Cap. One. I love everything from the customer service all the way down to the debit card blueprint. Merely I accept a feeling I will exit if I don't run across any changes being made.

I opened an account with Uppercase 1 in December of 2019 to rebuild my credit and I take never been belatedly to this day. Non even during a very hard fourth dimension during the Pandemic, I still managed to make on fourth dimension payments. I opened a quick argent account in September equally an effort to have more revolving credit and try to assistance my credit more than. I had an event with my depository financial institution and it acquired apayments that I fabricated to both of my Capital One accounts to be returned. The depository financial institution situation was resolved and My payments to both accounts were immediately paid. Capital letter 1 sent me an email alerting me that the payments were returned and asked me Covid was causing me to have financial hardship and asked me if I needed help. I didn't need assistance, the issue with my banking concern was resolved and I immediately fabricated the payment to both my accounts notwithstanding non causing me to be late on payments. I learn a couple of days later that my accounts were both existence airtight for FRAUD!! How exercise you commit fraud on accounts that you make payments on monthly for most 2 years. One hurts me the almost in this situation is that I've worked so difficult to build my credit and Capital I only closes both of my accounts later sending me an email asking me if I need help. Uppercase One closing these accounts has set up me dorsum and now I probably can't purchase a business firm. I'm so devastated! WHY Send AN Electronic mail ASKING YOUR Client IF THEY NEED HELP WHEN YOU DONT REALLY Hateful IT AND Y'all Injure THEM INSTEAD OF HELPING THEM!!!!
